Over the last 26 years, Aloha Pools has come up with a very specific 25-Step Quality Control Construction process, to make sure that from start to finish, every project turns out exactly the way the homeowner wants it.
By no means do you need to worry about the details and steps we go through to create your new backyard dream. But if you're interested, feel free to peruse our 25 step process, explained here in "plain English" for your enjoyment.
From chemical management to spa automation to automatic cleaners, new breakthroughs have taken the drudgery out of swimming pool ownership.
Pool Repair Charlotte - Light weight solar blankets can increase your pool water temperatures by 10°. They are easy to remove and store, and unlike a permanent cover, they are relatively inexpensive. Our clients tell us this makes a big difference in their pool openings. You could be swimming sooner than everyone else.
Fact finding meeting with homeowner; Site analysis - Our initial site analysis and fact finding meeting becomes the backbone of the entire project. By meeting to discuss and envision the property's potential we learn your expectations, desires, concerns and hopes for your future Aloha pool.
Draft a detailed plan, prepare detailed cost estimate, and present to homeowner - The foundation to any good design is a detailed plan that shows the footprint of the house with finished floor elevations, easements, set-backs, or other site contingencies. Once the survey and/or plot plan has been obtained from your records, architect or builder, our designers will draft a preliminary sketch considering the architecture of the home, your functional requirements, sun exposure, privacy and view opportunities.
Cost Estimates - Based on the site analysis and your design requirements, our designers will help in assessing and detailing what your project will cost.
Inground pools Charlotte NC - Contract, construction plans and obtain permits - When project approval is agreed upon, construction plans will be finalized and Aloha Pools will be engaged for the project. Permits will then be obtained. (Depending on the complexity of your project and the municipality in which you reside the timeframe varies)
Site prep and layout - Once the building permit has been obtained, construction will begin. The property determines the amount of site prep that is needed. Demolition, grading, and retaining walls are just a few steps that might occur prior to laying out the shape of the swimming pool itself.
