Even though these communities often have rules and regulations in place to keep noise levels in check, not every association is as strict as you might like. In addition, the rules may be strict enough, but they may not always be well enforced.

There are many other things to consider before you decide on your ideal type of home. For example, you may also enjoy the extra security of condos, since many of them have gates or intercoms. Make sure you do plenty of research before making your decision.
