Hot Springs Resort Anaconda: About Us

Fairmont is known throughout the Northwest for its pools. There are two over sized Olympic swimming pools and two mineral soaking pools. One of each located indoors and outdoors. The pools are fed by a virtually unlimited supply of 155 degree natural hot spring water, cooled to various temperatures for comfort and maximum enjoyment.

The Native Americans considered hot springs to be medicinal and many people to this day swear by the healing powers of natural hot springs. If swimming and soaking is not your thing, try the excitement of the 350 foot enclosed water slide. It's a wet, exhilarating ride into Fairmont's outdoor pool and you're guaranteed to make a splash. The waterslide uses the springs water, and along with the outdoor pool is open year round.

Adjacent to the indoor pools you will find our newly remodeled fitness center. It's fully equipped and complimentary to resort guests. The fitness center includes state of the art cardiovascular and free weights systems.
During the summer season you can enjoy any of your favorite tropical drinks at the outdoor "pool" bar. The "pool" bar has all of your favorite drinks as well as an assortment of non-alcohol drinks.
Large dressing rooms, steam rooms, lockers and a snack bar complete Fairmont's pool facilities.

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is the premier Montana hot springs with an exciting 350 foot enclosed waterslide. It's a wet and wild ride into Fairmont's outdoor pool and you are guaranteed to make a splash. The waterslide uses the hot springs water, and along with all our pools, is open year round.

Located midway between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park, Fairmont is easy to get to located only three miles off of Interstate 90, Exit 211, eight miles from the I-90 and I-15 interchange. Fairmont's 500 acres are cradled by the Continental Divide. The Resort sits in a valley at the base of the Pintler Wilderness area, which covers 150,000 acres virtually untouched by man.

The surrounding area offers hiking, hunting, fishing, rafting, Nordic and Alpine skiing and snowmobiling for the outdoorsman. You will find the area rich in the history of the mining era. Ghost towns, the art deco Washoe Theater, World Museum of Mining and the Montana Tech Mineral Museum can bring to life the days of the past.

Air connections are available from anywhere in the US. Skywest, a Delta connector, flies to Bert Mooney Airport in Butte several times a day from the Salt Lake City Hub. Once in Butte, Fairmont can provide shuttle service to and from the airport for a minimal charge.
