Las Vegas Rents Apartments to Help You Keep Cool - Check Out These 2 Complexes With Multiple Pools

When you live in Las Vegas, you need to know how to deal with the summertime heat. Apartment-dwellers have a head start on the problem because many apartment complexes have swimming pools. These two properties go the extra mile and have more than one pool to make sure you don't get too hot. One of them even has four sparkling-blue pools.

Eagle Crest - 5850 Sky Pointe Drive, Las Vegas, $599 - 1,320

Eagle Crest has a 24-hour on-call maintenance team and this place runs with more efficiency than I've seen in a long time. With two beautiful pools and hot tubs, residents are able to get some relief from the heat. The complex also has tennis courts and a basketball court for when swimming isn't enough exercise.

Ranging from 740 - 1,320 square feet, the 1 - 3-bedroom units are well-designed and have large walk-in and linen closets. The community offers fax and copy services and the professional staff are very friendly.

One of the best parts of this apartment complex is that all my favorite restaurants are within walking distance. Within half a mile from your front door, you'll find In-N-Out Burger, Smash Burger, Indian Curry Bowl, Cafe Rio, On the Border, Cracked Egg, and KFC. Yum!

Entrata Di Paradiso - 2701 N Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, $520 - 1,099

Another complex with multiple pools, Entrata Di Paradiso is special because it doesn't just have two pools like the other property I mentioned; it has four sparkling-blue, summer-fun-loving pools. You have to see it to believe it. Oh, did I forget to mention the hot tubs? Yeah, there's a couple of those, too.

Floor plans here range from 563 - 1,211 square feet for 1 - 3-bedroom units, and some units feature granite countertops, wood-burning fireplaces, full-size washers & dryers, optional garages, and more.

The property is also conveniently located next to nearly everything. Within a mile, you'll find 8 restaurants, 2 coffee shops, a Smith's, a Whole Foods Market, and a Walmart, plenty of shopping, schools, 2 parks, several major book stores, and about 10 banks. The only thing it doesn't have is an airport; oh, wait, McCarran is only 10 miles away.

When you evaluate apartment complexes, make sure to visit during the time of day when you would normally want to use the pool. Stop by the pool and see how many people hanging around. Is it too crowded? Are people present that you wouldn't really want to swim with? If so, you might want to take your apartment rent dollars somewhere else.
